INFORMATION REGARDING ADMISSION NURSERY , LKG, UKG & Class-IV: 2026-2027

1. Application Form for Registration to NURSERY, LKG ,UKG will be available ONLINE only on the school website: https://www.stmaryschoolbzpr.org/
2. Age for Admission
Nursery: 3 years to 4 years
LKG: 4 years to 5 years
UKG: 5 years to 6 years
Nursery: 3 years to 4 years (Children born between 31st March 2022– 1st April 2023 can apply)
LKG: 4 years to 5 years (Children born between 31st March 2021– 1st April 2022 can apply)
UKG: 5 years to 6 years (Children born between 31st March 2020 – 1st April 2021 can apply)
CLASS - 4th 9 years to 10 years (Children born between 31st March 2016 – 1st April 2017 can apply)
3. Filling the Application Form does NOT mean granting of admission.
4. Online Registration will be start from 18th October, 2025.
Application Fee Rs.500/- (Non-Refundable) For Nursery , LKG , UKG & Class 4th
5. Ensure that you have the following documents before you begin to fill the form:
• Photograph of the applicant (child), mother & father (in Jpeg, Jpg format to be uploaded).
• Size of photograph should not be more than 100kb.
• Child’s Birth Certificate, Child’s Aadhaar Card (as and when obtained) and Caste Certificate (if SC/ST/OBC).
• Birth Certificate should bear the Child’s name, Father’s name and Mother’s name written on it.
• Caste Certificate should be in the name of the child.
6. Submit the hard copy of the Filled Online Application Form (along with the above-mentioned documents) in the school office: Between 09:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon
Please Note:
1. Application Fee is NON-TRANSFERABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE
2. All admissions will be based on interaction with the interaction panel. (Date of the interaction will be informed)
3. Application Number will be generated only after paying registration fee
4. Incomplete Form will be rejected. An incorrect entry of D.O.B. for the registration will disqualify the form.
5. We neither accept donations in any form or kind, nor entertain Middlemen/agents.
6. Recommendation of any kind, will be a disqualification for admission.
7. If you are facing any difficulties in online registration please visit the school office .
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATIONS REGARDING ADMISSIONS:
• Date of Birth Once Registered will not be changed.
• SCHOOL DOES NOT HAVE ITS OWN TRANSPORTATION FACILITIES. IT WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARENTS.
